We currently ship orders across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote or outstation locations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing promotions).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your order through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.
In case of non-availability, they may contact you or reattempt delivery.
Orders not delivered due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept will not be eligible for a refund (as per our No Refund Policy).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
