No Refunds:
All purchases made through our website and paid via Razorpay (or any other payment method) are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations:
Orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
While refunds are not applicable, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, we will be happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging to initiate a replacement request.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. NePerfumes will not be responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect address or contact details.
